Project 2 – Supporting Al Madrasatul Arabiyatu, Kushtia

Our second project focused on Al Madrasatul Arabiyatu, a madrasa in Kushtia where children come to learn, grow, and prepare for their future. We wanted to make a meaningful contribution that would improve the learning environment for all students and teachers.

Our Goal

The madrasa lacked some essential equipment for day-to-day education and comfort. Our goal was to provide items that would make a real difference in the institution: a printer for administrative and teaching use, a bookshelf for organizing learning materials, and fans to keep the classrooms comfortable.

Fundraising

Thanks to the support of our donors, we collected a total of 29,600 BDT (around $243.23). All funds were carefully allocated to ensure maximum impact for the students and staff.

How Funds Were Used

ItemCost (BDT)Purpose
Printer12,500To help teachers print materials and assignments efficiently
Bookshelf7,500For better organization of textbooks and study materials
Fans9,600To improve classroom comfort for students and teachers
Total29,600Fully utilized for the project

All purchases were made with transparency and accountability, ensuring that every Taka went directly to improving the madrasa’s facilities.

The Impact

While the exact number of beneficiaries is not individually counted (as this is an institutional project), the entire student body and teaching staff now have a better environment for learning.

  • Classrooms are cooler and more comfortable with new fans.
  • Teaching and administrative work is easier with the printer.
  • Students can access and organize books more efficiently with the new bookshelf.

A Step Toward Better Education

This project reminds us that small improvements in learning spaces can have a big impact on students’ education and well-being. By providing tools and comfort, we are helping them focus on their studies and pursue their dreams.
