1. Donation Refunds
Due to the nature of charitable donations and our immediate deployment of funds to beneficiaries (Zero Overhead Policy), we generally do not offer refunds once a transaction is successfully completed via bKash, Nagad, or PipraPay.
2. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as:
- A fraudulent transaction initiated without your consent.
- A technical error resulting in a duplicate or incorrect charge amount.
3. Requesting a Refund
If you believe you meet the criteria for a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of the transaction at +880-1726-021267 with your transaction ID and proof of payment.
The final decision rests with the We Do Charity Foundation management team.
