1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the We Do Charity digital platform (including the transparency ledger dashboard, donation routes, and project content networks), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable digital policies in Bangladesh.
2. Voluntary Donations & 100% Policy
We Do Charity is a transparent mutual aid collective. All financial contributions made through our dashboard are voluntary and non-refundable.
100% Donation Policy: Zero overhead is deducted. All campaign expenditures (including raw supplies, construction materials, winter blankets, and tuition) are direct cost transfers. Founders cover transactional charges (e.g. Bkash/Nagad cashout fees and server hosting) from their personal pockets.
3. User Conduct & Security Limits
Users are strictly prohibited from attempting to bypass transaction validation checks, injecting unauthorized code, or deploying scraper agents to generate fake contribution receipts. Verification structures are backed by cryptographic checks (HMAC-SHA256), and bad actors attempting to compromise the admin desks will be blocked.
4. Modifications to Terms
We Do Charity reserves the right to modify these terms, platform features, or operational focus areas (such as our January 2026 policy pivot to exclude medical fundraising cases) at any time. Continual use of the site signifies your agreement to the updated framework.
